Five Fab Freebies – Social Skills

I hope that you all enjoyed the freebies that I shared with you last week.   I’ve got five more to share this week, and the theme is social skills.  Here’s what I dug up:

    1. Friendship Cards: 24 Social Skill Prompts – Rachel Lynette offers this great freebie that describes ways to be a good friend.  It also has many questions that provide the student the opportunity to think about what they would do in certain situations.
    1. Social Skills Conversation Prompting Chart – Lisa Parnello’s charts are a great way to visually display how to have a basic conversation.

    1. Social Skills Lesson: Birthday Party – Speech Paths offers this great freebie with tons of opportunities to work on social skills.  There are sections that address reading cues to interpret feelings, perspective taking, supporting friends, and respecting others.

    1. Bugging Out With Social Skills: Initiating a Conversation – Speech With Sharon’s freebie has 36 topic cards to get a conversation going.  There are even “hints” for students who might need some further encouragement to get the ball rolling.

  1. Manners: 3 Social Skills Posters – Loving Primary has these great posters for teaching manners to younger students.  Very cute!

Isn’t TpT great? Where else can you find such great freebies all in one place? Enjoy them and have a wonderful weekend!
