School’s Out For the Summer!

I hope that you all are enjoying the start of your summer vacation!  I haven’t been around too much the past couple of weeks because I’ve had a lot on my plate.  I wanted to stop by and say farewell because I will be taking a blogging vacation as I enjoy this beautiful summer weather.  I will still post from time to time, just not my usual Mon/Wed/Fri weekly posts.  I plan to host a summer giveaway in July!  So, be sure to check back from time to time or follow me on Facebook or Bloglovin’ to get updates.  Before I disappear for a while, I’d like to share one last round of some great summer freebies on TpT.  Here they are:

  1. Summer Social Language Interview Freebie by Splashy Speech Stuff.  This is a short and sweet activity that provides some nice worksheets for a peer interview and end of the year reflection.  Very useful for getting your students to talk and interact!
  2. School’s Out for the Summer Language Activity for Middle/High School by Speech Snacks. This packet has lots of great material!  There are questions, opportunities for the students to generate their own response via speech bubbles, fun “summer suggestions”, and a “boredom-free to do list”.  Great stuff!
  3. Time For School – A Back to School Social Story by Educating Everyone 4 Life. This a very basic social story that describes the things that happen at school each day.  Cute!

I hope you enjoy the summer freebies!

That’s it for me for a while.  I’ll be back soon!!!
