Students can use this fun game with any target skill which makes it an excellent resource for groups of students with mixed goals/ability levels. It is fun and engaging, but it doesn’t take a lot of time per turn which allows you to still get a lot of focused practice on the students target skills!
7) Ice Cream L-Blends from Carly Fowler. This is a fun new card game with multiple uses- Use cards for phonological processes, apraxia, articulation, or even as naming cards. These cards are great for students that are non-readers as every card has a picture to represent the target word. It includes 59 picture cards!
8) Multiple Meaning Chalk Flowers from Activity Tailor. Multiple Meaning Chalk Flowers is a fun way to address 15 different multiple meaning words. Attach each word flower to its definition with a brad. Shuffle the fill-in-the-blank sentence flowers and have students match the sentence to the correct word. Each multiple meaning word set has a subtle, yet unique chalk flower for an easy visual check (student seldom notice!) It also includes a self-checking worksheet for assessment or homework.
