This sign can come in handy if you are trying to prep a child for a transition. For example, if you are going to turn the TV off, or a game off, or the computer off. It can come in handy for many other uses, but I think above mentioned way is how I use it most.
To make this sign, you turn your hands inward (side ways), then place one on top of the other. While keeping your top wrist semi-anchored, you lift the top hand up and away from the bottom hand. Here is a great video demonstration of this sign from My Smart Hands:
